Who are you casting in your career and what role does each person play? More important, if you lack the cast to bring God’s vision for your career into existence, who do you need bring into your life? Without the proper cast in your life and career, it is unlikely that you will ever escape Development. With the proper cast, there is virtually no limit to what you can accomplish.
